Laura A. Mueller was raised in Plano, Texas. She attended the University of Kansas where she obtained a degree in Psychology, and a Minor in Business. While attending KU Laura was the captain of the University of Kansas Club Women's Lacrosse team. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, and was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, A.B.A.
In her spare time, Laura loves to travel, play golf, tennis, volleyball, hike, ski, snowboard and anything outdoors. She has studied in London, England, Limerick, Ireland, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and has worked and lived in Sydney Australia.

Timothy D. Timothy D. Lowrey was raised in the heart of the Central Valley of California. He attended the University of Oregon, achieving a Degree in History, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law where he focused his legal studies on Business, Taxation, Real Estate and Oil and Gas.
In his spare time, Timothy enjoys hanging out with his wife and kids, and visiting the great outdoors. In the summers, Timothy can often be found camping and fishing around the high mountain lakes of Colorado. While in the winter, he loves to go skiing in the mountains outside of Denver.

Raised in the heart of the Central Valley, California, and the Willamette Valley in Oregon, Timothy attended the University of Oregon, achieved a degree in History, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law.
After receiving his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2011, Timothy began his legal career with a large energy law firm in Houston, Texas.
Timothy’s practice consists of matters relating to energy and natural resource law. He represents natural resource companies in matters related to mineral title and curative, leasing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, negotiation and preparation of industry and vendor contracts and agreements, litigation support, and corporate governance. He also assists his clients with other matters concerning their core business.
Timothy enjoys fishing with his wife and two young daughters, hiking with his golden retriever, Wyoming, along the many trails near his home in rural Oregon, and watching Giants baseball games.

Brandon A. Bibby

Raised in Houston, Texas, Brandon attended the University of Texas at Austin and majored in Sociology.
After receiving his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2006, Brandon began his oil and gas career as an independent landman working in the Texas panhandle.
Brandon's practice consists of matters relating to energy and natural resources and regulatory law. He represents exploration and production companies, providing legal services relevant to mineral title and curative support, acquisitions and divestitures, operations, and regulatory matters. He also provides legal support for land service companies, pipeline companies, and on occasion, works with landowners.
Brandon enjoys attending Astros games, spending time with his wife, and walking his lovely bloodhound Tallulah at Herman Park.
